GREEN PLANT PROTEIN RECOVERY SMOOTHIE

GLUTEN-FREE, DAIRY-FREE, VEGAN & HEALTHY


INGREDIENTS:

  • 150g frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana (peeled)
  • 1/2 nectarine or peach
  • Handful fresh spinach
  • 1 tablespoon Green Plant Protein
  • 200ml oat milk


METHOD"

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Enjoy straight away or decant into a glass bottle before placing in the fridge to enjoy later!
