  • 1 tablespoon Cacao Plant Protein
  • 1 teaspoon Clean Greens
  • 1/2 banana
  • 50g mango chunks
  • 1 medium apple
  • Handful baby kale
  • 120ml coconut water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Handful of ice cubes


  1. Peel and roughy chop the banana and roughly chop the apple, leaving the skin on
  2. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth, scraping down the sides as needed to ensure everything is combined
  3. Enjoy after a workout to refuel and rehydrate - or whenever you fancy for a superfood boost
