GREEN PLANT PROTEIN OATS
SERVES | 1
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 tbsp. Green Plant Protein
- 50g GF oats
- 1 cup milk (of your choice)
- 2 tbsp. agave syrup
- 1 mashed banana
Toppings:
Fresh fruit, nuts, seeds & nut butter
METHOD:
- Mix together the Green Plant Protein, oats, milk, agave syrup and banana in a bowl before transferring into a saucepan
- Bring your oats to a simmer and keep stirring until they're cooked and gooey
- Transfer your oats to a bowl and top with some fresh fruit, nuts, seeds and nut butter for plenty of fibre and protein!
