Do you need an ice cream maker?
No! This is a no-churn ice cream recipe, so you just need a blender and your delicious ingredients.
As they are already frozen, your ingredients will transform into nice cream as soon as they are blended. So there is no need to churn the mixture and you don't have to wait hours to dig in. Simply blend, add your chosen toppings and enjoy!
MAGNUM INSPIRED NICE CREAM RECIPE
- 250g frozen bananas
- 150g frozen peeled courgette
- 10g Cacao Plant Protein
- Splash of oat milk
- 10g almond butter
- 25g dark chocolate
- 10g crushed almonds
- Place all nice cream ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth
- Pour half the mixture into a jar, drizzle with almond butter and then top with more nice cream
- Drizzle with melted dark chocolate and crushed nuts, if desired
