All of our UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail and take between 1-3 working days to arrive.
EUROPE
Our European orders are shipped with ParcelForce and take between 3-5 working days to arrive.
INTERNATIONAL
Can take between 5 - 7 working days to arrive.
If your order hasn't arrived within this time frame, please do let us know but we cannot deem your parcel 'lost' until it has been late for over 10 working days.
If you realise you have made a mistake on your shipping information, please notify us within 1 hour of placing your order by email at info@superu.co.uk. However, our team work very quickly to pick, pack and dispatch our orders - so there is no guarantee we'll be able make an amendment.
In the case where your parcel has been sent to an incorrect address and it is therefore returned to us, we will require the correct address and payment of a further shipping charge to re-send the parcel again.
