1 x Instant Shroom Coffee (150g), 1 x Ground Shroom Coffee (450g)

How To Use
Ground Shroom Coffee: Add 1 dessert spoonful (15g) of Ground Shroom Coffee to a cafetière and fill with 250ml of hot water. Stir well and leave to brew for 3-4 minutes before plunging. Pour and serve with a splash of your favourite milk (if that's your thing!)
Instant Shroom Coffee: Ready in an instant. Just add hot water and a splash of milk (if that’s your thing). Tastes smooth, and just like coffee – not like mushrooms.

What is the difference between Shroom Coffee and Ground Shroom Coffee?
The Mushroom Coffee Bundle contains two coffee varieties - Shroom Coffee and Ground Shroom Coffee. Shroom Coffee is an instant coffee which can be prepared with just hot water. Whereas Ground Shroom Coffee needs to be prepared with a cafetière or coffee filter papers - to filter out the coffee grounds.
Do they contain caffeine?
Shroom Coffee contains 50mg caffeine per serving - around half that of a regular instant coffee. It's a great alternative if you're trying to cut down on caffeine. Ground Shroom Coffee contains around 167mg caffeine per cup, depending on how it is brewed. Like all ground coffee, it is a little stronger in flavour but the mushroom extracts help to balance the caffeine effects.
What amount of medicinal mushrooms are there per serving?
Both Shroom Coffee and Ground Shroom Coffee contain Lion's Mane Mushroom & KSM-66® Ashwagandha.
