The ingredients in most of our products are 100% certified organic.

Aquamin® is not yet certified organic, so our products containing this ingredient are not quite 100% organic – for the moment.

Some of the ingredients in our shots are also extremely hard to source organic.

If we have an opportunity to make everything 100% organic in the future, we will!

Yes. All of our products and ingredients are free from dairy and animal products, so are 100% vegan friendly.

All of our ingredients and products are gluten-free and prepared in a gluten-free environment.

Our Wheatgrass & Barley Grass are derived from the grasses of each plant (rather than the grain) and are naturally gluten-free. They have been independently tested to ensure they do not contain any traces of gluten.

As we have a range of different products, the recycling advice will vary based on the packaging for each.

Rheal Superfood Blend Tubes - Our cardboard tubes are plastic free and are 100% recyclable within your usual household recycling.

Rheal Superfood Blend Sachets & Hydration Sachets - The cardboard outer box is 100% recyclable. The individual sachets are not recyclable at the moment, due to the food grade lining inside them - but we are working on a new sachet material that can also be recycled (watch this space!)

Rheal Wellness Shots - Our shot bottles are 100% recyclable, made with glass and an aluminum lid. This can all be recycled along within your usual household recycling.

Rheal Capsule Range - Both the glass jar and the aluminium lid can be recycled alongside your household recycling. You do not need to remove the lid or the labels from the jar, as they are separated during the glass recycling process.

Box Packaging - All of the inner and outer box packaging for our products is 100% recyclable within your usual household recycling.

Please note that dry mixed recyclable waste may not be available in some areas depending on Local Authority regulations. Please contact our team at support@rhealsuperfoods.com for further guidance.

Yes, all of our ingredients and products are non-GMO certified.

Our products contain only clean and natural ingredients that are regularly tested for any contaminants or chemicals (and they pass every time!)

We would love to be able to provide a timescale for when to expect noticeable benefits from our products. However, this is heavily dependant on the individual and things such as diet, lifestyle, health, hormones and much more.

The best way to ensure optimal benefits is to take the recommended serving daily, in the long-term.

You can add our Superfood Blends to shakes, smoothies, juice, milk and healthy recipes - as well as plain water. If you're not keen on the taste, you can mix with a small amount of liquid to create your own health shot. We have also created lots of recipes which incorporate our blends, that you can find here.

You can take Rheal Hydration at any time of day. Many people enjoy it first thing in the morning, during the workday or around exercise. Consistent daily use is recommended.

Rheal Shots do not contain any of the 14 common allergens. However, they are manufactured in a factory which handles celery.

Rheal Shots are a blend of powdered superfoods and cold pressed juices – nothing else.

As we do not add any stabilisers, some of these ingredients will naturally settle at the bottom of the bottle. Just shake it & shot it!

Each Rheal Shot flavour is ideal for daily dosing, so we’d recommend one shot per flavour per day (if you would like to mix and match!)

Yes. Our shots were created to provide a convenient daily dose of goodness, which you can enjoy on-the-go. You can still enjoy your daily Rheal Superfoods as normal, and can mix and match our blends with the shots too – whatever works best for your daily routine.

Our shots do not contain any preservatives, flavourings, colours or added sugars – only cold-pressed juices, superfood ingredients and a little agave.

Whilst our shots can be stored ambient, we recommend storing them in your fridge to enjoy chilled.

If you cannot store your shots in the fridge, please store them in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight.

Cold-pressing is the method we use to extract the juices and maximum goodness from the fruit & veggies used in our Shots.

We are proud to only use cold-pressed juices in our Shots – with no juices from concentrate.
