A Message from our Co-Founder
As a coeliac, I have found myself paying much more attention to my gut health than ever before. I'm always finding new ways to help improve & support my gut, whether that's the types of food I choose to eat to those I choose to avoid. But over the last few years I have introduced more gut-nourishing ingredients into my diet and we really wanted to include a product in our range that could support our gut health in a similar way.
As so many of you reach out to Rheal with gut-related issues, we really wanted to be able to provide a product that could help really tackle the problem.

Our Story
Charlotte had been fit & healthy all her life, until she suddenly began losing weight and suffering with severe fatigue. After many tests, she was eventually diagnosed with Coeliac Disease – an autoimmune condition which can only be managed by following a strict gluten-free diet for life.
A few years later, Charlotte & Sean met at University and Sean began to realise just how much Charlotte’s poor health was really restricting her ability to live a normal life. They both decided to take matters into their own hands and look for more natural ways to help… leading them to superfoods!
After just a few weeks of experimenting with different ingredients, they both felt a huge difference in their energy & digestion.
Inspired to share their story & help more people feel healthier, Rheal was born!
