By accessing or using rhealsuperfoods.com and any related websites, services, or applications (collectively, the “Rheal Services”), you agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy and all the terms incorporated herein by reference. The ‘Rheal’ group refers to our UK business. We also collect your data if you have purchased from other sites selling Rheal Products (from Rheal directly) such as TikTok Shop and Amazon. We are responsible for the personal data we collect from you. This just means that we are in control of the data we collect from you and decide how we use it.

Our processing of personal information, such as; your name, address, email address, or phone number, will be carried out in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including, but not limited to, the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (“UK GDPR”).

How you use our site depends on which information we collect. There are many different points when you give us your data, these include when you; use our site, purchase products, opt-in to marketing communications, engage with social media or our customer support team, respond to surveys, enter competitions, use refer-a-friend or review our products and services. When you interact with the Brand, you are giving us permission to collect your information.

Customers & Visitors - Our website also collects some anonymous information on your visit to help us improve our website and service. This includes, but is not limited to, page visits, time spent on page, your location, referral source, searched terms, and discount codes used.
Email Marketing Subscribers - if you choose to subscribe to our email marketing updates, we will collect your email address. You can also choose to provide your first name and last name, which will allow us to include your name in our emails to you. This information is used to send out our latest news, recipes, written blogs and offers/promotions about our products and service. You can update your settings or unsubscribe from these at any time by using the unsubscribe links contained within our emails.
All Website Visitors - When you visit the website, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the website, and information about how you interact with the website. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
Text Marketing Terms and Conditions -We are using a text messaging platform, which is subject to the following terms and conditions. By opting-in for our text marketing and notifications, you agree to these terms and conditions. By entering your phone number in the checkout and initialising a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text notifications (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition for any purchase.
Your phone number, name, and purchase information will be shared with our SMS provider, Attentive Mobile Inc., a U.S.-based company. This data is used to send you targeted marketing messages and notifications via text. To deliver these messages, your phone number will be passed to a third-party SMS operator.
If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, you can reply STOP to any message received from us, or use the unsubscribe link provided in our messages. Please note that using alternative words or phrases will not be recognized as a valid request to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.

All data, except for Special Category Data, is collected and processed for our legitimate interest - which means in the interest of operating our business and being able to offer the best experience/product and service to you.
Special Data - We also collect some data that is considered a Special Category. This is information we collect during our Product Finder Quiz and/or through Customer Experience reachout. This data relates to sensitive health information, such as what your health concerns are or which symptoms you are experiencing. You have to give explicit consent for us to collect and process this data. When submitting this data, it is sent to our Customer Database (Klaviyo) and attached to your profile. This data is not used for targeting or profiling, and it is not shared outside of Rheal and the software we use. The purpose for collecting this special category data is for Rheal only and is for market research and to recommend the most suitable product for you on the quiz or during your conversation with Customer Experience directly. At any point, this data can be removed from our systems by requesting it is done so.
We will always act with care when it comes to your personal data. Our Special Category data is collected and processed based on individuals explicit consent. You can withdraw this consent at any time, by simply emailing us at support@rhealsuperfoods.com and asking us to do so.
Aggregated Data - We also collect, use and share statistical or demographic data for any purpose. This is known as Aggregated Data. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will never directly or indirectly reveal your identity.
Your failure to provide personal data - Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you and you fail to provide that data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to set up a Rheal subscription or provide you with your order). In this case, we may have to cancel a product or service you have with us. If this happens, we will notify you.
2. We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

2.2 “Log files” track actions occurring on the website, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
2.3 “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the website.
2.4 We use this information that we collect to improve and optimise our website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the website, and to assess the success of our online marketing campaigns).
2.5 When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and your Order Information.
3. Sharing your Personal Information
3.1 We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. We may share personal data with third parties, for the purpose of suppliers and other service providers who process data on our behalf, including those allow that us to operate as a business. We also may share personal data with any government agencies or for law enforcement purposes, where we are required to do so by law. All third parties we use, are required to respect the security of your personal data and ensure it is treated in accordance with the law. All third parties are only allowed to process any personal data based on our instruction and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

We may also share data with third parties to whom we may choose to transfer, sell or merge parts of our business or our assets, or those who we seek to acquire or merge with. Any chances made will handle or use your personal data in accordance with this privacy policy.

We have put measures in place so your personal data is protected from being accidentally lost, used, altered or accessed in an unauthorised way. Your personal data has limited access, restricted to Rheal employees, agents, contractors and any third party who have a purpose to know.

3.5 We also partner with Rakuten Advertising who drop cookies. Rakuten Advertising may collect personal information when you interact with our digital property, including IP addresses, digital identifiers, information about your web browsing and app usage and how you interact with our properties and ads for a variety of purposes, such as personalisation of offers or advertisements, analytics about how you engage with websites or ads and other commercial purposes. 3.6 For customers who make an online purchase from our website, we also transfer some of your Personal Information to our third party shipping partner ("courier"), which is necessary for your purchase to be delivered to you. This information includes your name and delivery/shipping address in order for your purchase to be delivered.
