How many Rheal Super Greens Shots do I get in a box?

There are 14 shots in every box you order, keeping you fuelled for two weeks at a time. We do recommend doubling up, so you’re able to remain consistent all month!

How should I store my Rheal shots?

Whilst our shots can be stored ambient, we recommend storing them in your fridge to enjoy them chilled! If you can’t fit the full box in the fridge, just add a few shots at a time and keep them topped up.

How many Rheal shots can I have in a day?

Each Rheal Shot flavour is ideal for daily dosing, so we’d recommend one shot per flavour per day (if you would like to mix and match!)
