When should I take Rheal Hydration?
You can take Rheal Hydration at any time of day. Many people enjoy it first thing in the morning, during the workday or around exercise. Consistent daily use is recommended.
How do I use Rheal Hydration?
Mix one sachet with 500ml of cold water, shake or stir well until dissolved, and enjoy.
Can I take it every day and do I need to take it all in one go?
For our regular Rheal Hydration products (without Creatine) this can be consumed throughout the whole day, and does not necessarily need to be enjoyed in one drink. We do recommend that you enjoy at least one sachet per day, as this has been formulated to provide you with optimal benefits from the recommended daily serving.
