There are 14 shots in every box you order, keeping you fuelled for two weeks at a time. We do recommend doubling up, so you’re able to remain consistent all month!

How should I store my Rheal shots?

Whilst our shots can be stored at room temperature, we recommend storing them in your fridge to enjoy chilled. If you cannot store your shots in the fridge, please store them in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight.

How many Rheal shots can I have in a day?

Each Rheal Shot flavour is ideal for daily dosing, so we’d recommend one shot per flavour per day (if you would like to mix and match!)
