What is Magic Matcha? 

Magic Matcha is a calming blend of organic Japanese Matcha, Lion's Mane Mushroom Extract, Ashwagandha Root & Ginger. These incredible superfoods provide a natural energy boost and enhance focus & mental clarity, whilst also minimising the harmful effects that daily stress can have on the body. 

 

We love enjoying our Magic Matcha as a late morning brain-booster or a mid-afternoon pick me up, to help us power through the rest of our day!

Of course, you can also enjoy Magic Matcha simply made into a drink, either with just hot water or with some added plant-based milk.

 

Can I make this without a whisk?

This recipe is made using a handheld whisk, however, if you don't have a whisk then you can still make this recipe. You can simply stir in the ingredients instead, for a less frothy latte that's just as delicious and nutritious.

 



ICED COCONUT MATCHA LATTE

VEGAN, GLUTEN-FREE & DAIRY-FREE


INGREDIENTS:

  • 100 ml Full Fat Coconut Milk 
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Sugar 
  • 1 tsp Matcha 
  • 100ml Oat Milk 
  • Ice


METHOD:

  1. Add the Coconut Milk, Sugar and Matcha into a glass and whisk for few minutes until consistency turns thicker.
  2. Add the Ice to a 2nd glass. 
  3. Add the Oat Milk and top with the sweet Coconut Matcha Milk. 
  4. Stir and enjoy!
