MAGIC MATCHA STRAWBERRY CHIA PUDDING RECIPE
HEALTHY, VEGAN, DAIRY-FREE & SUGAR-FREE
INGREDIENTS:
Matcha Layer
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Magic Matcha
- 125ml oat/nut milk
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)
Strawberry Layer
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 teaspoons strawberry powder
- 125-150ml oat/nut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
Toppings
- Yogurt
- Strawberries
METHOD:
- In two separate bowls, mix the ingredients for each chia pudding layer and leave to set for few minutes (you can add more liquid if needed)
- Assemble your pudding by layering a jar with matcha chia pudding followed by strawberry chia pudding, leave to set in the fridge for a few hours or overnight
- Serve with yogurt, sliced strawberries and an extra sprinkle of Magic Matcha!
