A refreshing bowl of green goodness with Magic Matcha and tasty toppings. The ultimate way to kickstart your day and nurture gut health from within 🌿
What are good toppings for a smoothie bowl?
Smoothie bowls are usually packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and - flavour! But sometimes they don't contain enough protein or healthy fats to be considered a healthy and balanced meal.
So, we always like to add some tasty toppings to our smoothie bowls not just for texture and flavour but also for an added nutrient boost. Nuts and seeds are ideal, providing a great source of plant-protein as well as healthy fats to keep you energised.
Other popular smoothie bowl toppings include fresh sliced fruit, frozen berries, maple syrup and an extra sprinkle of Rheal superfoods.
Magic Matcha: The Focus Blend
Magic Matcha is a blend of ceremonial grade Japanese matcha green tea with Lion's Mane mushroom, Ashwagandha and Ginger.
It's known as the Focus Blend because the adaptogens it contains help to banish brain fog, instil mental clarity and boost concentration.
Enjoy Magic Matcha as a hot drink, cold drink or in healthy meals such as this one - or try adding it to smoothies and shakes for some extra colour, flavour and nutrition.
