Sleep is one of the most overlooked parts of health.
People often think about how long they sleep, but not how well they sleep. Waking up through the night, struggling to switch off, or not feeling rested in the morning are all signs that you might not be having good quality sleep.
We wanted to create something that supports sleep properly.
Not just helping you fall asleep, but supporting the full sleep cycle. That includes how you wind down, how deeply you sleep, and how you feel the next day.
A lot of products on the market focus on one pathway. Usually sedation. That can help short term, but it does not always support the quality of sleep or how your nervous system is functioning.
We wanted to take a more complete approach.
What we focused on
Night Reset was formulated to support different stages of sleep, as well as the transition into sleep.
That includes:
- Helping the body switch out of a stressed state
- Supporting deeper, more restorative sleep
- Improving overall sleep quality and recovery
This is important because many people are not struggling to sleep, they are struggling to relax.
What is in it and why it matters
Magnesium (bisglycinate)
We used a bioavailable form of magnesium, rather than forms like oxide which are often used as fillers as they are cheaper but are poorly absorbed (1).
Magnesium plays a key role in:
- Nervous system regulation
- Muscle relaxation
- Supporting GABA, which helps the body wind down
The form matters here. Bisglycinate is better tolerated and more easily absorbed, which is where you start to see the benefit. (2)
L-theanine (360mg)
Included at a meaningful dose to support relaxation.
It works by promoting a calmer mental state without making you feel drowsy or heavy. This is useful for people who feel wired but tired in the evening. (3)
Affron® saffron (30mg)
This is one of the more interesting ingredients in the formula. There are human studies looking at saffron and sleep (4), as well as mood.
It has been shown to support:
- Sleep quality
- Time taken to fall asleep
- Overall mood and stress levels
This is important because sleep and mood are closely linked.
We have used Affron®, which is a studied form of saffron that contains all of the functional compounds within saffron. (5)
Chamomile (250mg)
A more traditional ingredient, but still relevant. Chamomile supports relaxation and has a mild calming effect on the nervous system. It works well alongside the other ingredients to create a more balanced formula. (6)
What we changed compared to what is on the market
There are a few common issues we see with sleep supplements.
- Using low quality forms of magnesium
- Relying on ingredients that sedate rather than support
- Underdosing key ingredients
- Focusing only on falling asleep, not sleep quality
We wanted to move away from that.
Night Reset is designed to support:
- Relaxation in the evening
- The transition into sleep
- The depth and quality of sleep
Does it actually make a difference
87 percent of people felt an improvement in their sleep after just 4 weeks of using Rheal’s Night Reset.
That includes how quickly they fall asleep, how often they wake, and how rested they feel the next day.
Like with all of our supplements, consistency matters.
Who should consider it
This is most relevant for people who:
- Struggle to switch off in the evening
- Feel wired at night but tired during the day
- Wake during the night
- Do not feel rested in the morning
- Are under ongoing stress
It is also useful for people looking to support their nervous system more generally.
The bigger picture
Sleep does not sit on its own. It is influenced by stress, light exposure, movement, food and daily routine. Night Reset is there to support that process.
When combined with simple habits like reducing light in the evening, eating well and having some structure to your day, it can help shift sleep in a meaningful way.
