Homemade Berry Chia Jam

GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN FRIENDLY & HEALTHY! 

Jam on toast has always been a favourite guilty pleasure of ours, especially with a hot cup of tea on the side! So we wanted to create a recipe that was free from any added sugars or artificial ingredients - with an added superfood boost from our Berry Beauty blend ✨🍓

 

BERRY BEAUTY CHIA JAM

INGREDIENTS: 

- 1tbsp. Berry Beauty

- 2 cups frozen raspberries

    - 1/2 juiced lemon

      - 1tbsp. coconut sugar

      - 1tbsp. chia seeds 

      METHOD: 

      1. Add the raspberries and coconut sugar to a saucepan and cook on a medium heat, simmering until soft and warm
      2. Transfer into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients 
      3. Add the mixture to a glass jar and place in the fridge to set 
      4. Leave for at least 4 hours and then enjoy on a slice of toast with some nut butter... yum!
