GLUTEN FREE, VEGAN FRIENDLY & HEALTHY!
Jam on toast has always been a favourite guilty pleasure of ours, especially with a hot cup of tea on the side! So we wanted to create a recipe that was free from any added sugars or artificial ingredients - with an added superfood boost from our Berry Beauty blend ✨🍓
BERRY BEAUTY CHIA JAM
INGREDIENTS:
- 1tbsp. Berry Beauty ✨
- 2 cups frozen raspberries
- 1tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1tbsp. chia seeds
METHOD:
- Add the raspberries and coconut sugar to a saucepan and cook on a medium heat, simmering until soft and warm
- Transfer into a bowl and mix in the rest of the ingredients
- Add the mixture to a glass jar and place in the fridge to set
- Leave for at least 4 hours and then enjoy on a slice of toast with some nut butter... yum!
