Rheal Responsible Lobbying Statement
At Rheal, we believe business should be a force for good - not a voice for politics.
We do not engage in lobbying, political campaigning, or political donations, either directly or through third parties. Our focus is on creating positive impact through nutrition, sustainability, and wellbeing.
When we participate in industry groups or collaborative initiatives, it’s always to advance responsible business practices and environmental progress — never to influence legislation for private gain.
Our Principles
Positive Impact:
If we ever engage in public policy discussions, they will always aim to improve health, wellbeing, and environmental outcomes.
Evidence‑Based Approach:
Any advocacy would be grounded in reliable, scientific data — the same integrity we apply to our products and sustainability work.
No Political Contributions:
Rheal does not make political donations or provide support to political parties, candidates, or lobbying organisations.
Zero Tolerance for Corruption:
We uphold the highest ethical standards under the UK Bribery Act 2010 and international anti‑corruption laws.
Responsible Partnerships:
Any industry or trade association we join must align with our values. We disengage from any group whose lobbying conflicts with our principles.
Governance and Accountability
Our Senior Leadership Team oversees this commitment, with ultimate accountability resting with the CEO and Co‑Founders.
This statement forms part of our wider governance and ethics framework, alongside our Code of Conduct, Anti‑Bribery Policy, and Grievance Procedure.
We review this policy every two years to ensure it remains transparent, relevant, and reflective of our values.
Raising Concerns
We welcome open dialogue.
Anyone with concerns about Rheal’s business conduct or potential lobbying practices can contact us confidentially at support@rhealsuperfoods.com or via our Grievance Procedure (see Section 14 of our Terms & Conditions).
