Mix together a heaped teaspoon (5g) of Plant Collagen in a glass of water, each day, for a cool and refreshing skin-loving tonic.
PLANT COLLAGEN BITES
INGREDIENTS:
- 90g of oats
- 50g of desiccated coconut
- 80g of maple syrup
- 2 tbsp of Plant Collagen
For the topping:
- 80g of chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
METHOD:
- Mix together the oats, desiccated coconut, maple syrup and Plant Collagen into a bowl until combined
- Take a small amount of the mixture and, using the palms of your hands, roll into a ball (they should be about golf ball sized!)
- Set aside on a plate, and continue until you have used all the mixture.
- In a heat proof bowl, mix together the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave gently or melt over heat on the hob.
- Once the chocolate is melted, drop the Plant Collagen bites into the chocolate until covered.
- Pop onto some baking parchment and leave to cool
