Mix together a heaped teaspoon (5g) of Plant Collagen in a glass of water, each day, for a cool and refreshing skin-loving tonic.

 

PLANT COLLAGEN BITES 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 90g of oats
  • 50g of desiccated coconut
  • 80g of maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp of Plant Collagen

For the topping:

  • 80g of chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil


METHOD:

  1. Mix together the oats, desiccated coconut, maple syrup and Plant Collagen into a bowl until combined
  2. Take a small amount of the mixture and, using the palms of your hands, roll into a ball (they should be about gold ball sized!)
  3. Set aside on a plate, and continue until you have used all the mixture.
  4. In a heat proof bowl, mix together the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave gently or melt over heat on the hob.
  5. Once the chocolate is melted, drop the Plant Collagen bites into the chocolate until covered.
  6. Pop onto some baking parchment and leave to cool
