How To Make The Perfect Bedtime Mushroom Cacao

A warming cup of cocoa is definitely a longstanding tradition in many households, part of a nightly ritual aimed at winding down and encouraging sleep. BUT did you know that many commercial cocoa blends are full of hidden sugar, harmful artificial sweeteners - so provide no real sleep promoting benefits?

Our Coco Dream blend utilises natural superfoods which have been proven to help you drift off to sleep. Reishi mushroom is a powerful super-shroom, known to help the body's natural sleep cycle and to relax the mind.

Alongside the powerful adaptogen Ashwagandha Root, it helps the body cope with stress - making them the perfect snoozy combo to have before bed! 

And instead of cocoa, we have used raw Peruvian Cacao in our blend. They both are derived from the Cacao bean (which makes chocolate) but cacao is made by cold-pressing the un-roasted cacao bean - locking in all of its amazing nutrients! In flavour it is quite bitter, like dark chocolate ✨

HOW TO MAKE THE PERFECT COCO DREAM 

TO MAKE 1 CUP: 

 

  1. Get 1tbsp. of Coco Dream and pour into a mug. 
  2. Boil a little hot water and once boiled, pour into the mug so it is half full. 
  3. Mix the Coco Dream vigorously, so the blend has fully dissolved. 
  4. Then top with some milk and pop in your microwave for about 2 minutes.
  5. Stir & enjoy - careful though, it'll be hot!
