We've created the ultimate iced mocha recipe, made with oat milk and fresh banana for a dairy-free and sugar-free mocha that doesn't compromise on taste or flavour.

It's the perfect ice cold drink to refresh and rehydrate, with added superfoods to help you power through the rest of your day.

Serve with whipped cream and chocolate sauce (or vegan alternatives) for the ultimate indulgence, or whizz up your mocha without these extras for a simple drink that's ready when you are.


How to make Shroom Coffee cold brew 🧊

It couldn't be easier to prepare a cold brew Shroom Coffee, which is used in this recipe. All you need to do is mix one teaspoon of Shroom Coffee with 200ml just boiled water - then allow to cool and store in the fridge until you're ready to use.

Rheal Shroom Coffee & Coco Dream Superfood Blends 🌱

You can make this iced mocha recipe with regular instant coffee and cocoa powder, but we love to use Shroom Coffee and Coco Dream for a superfood boost.

Shroom Coffee is a blend of instant Organic Arabica coffee with Lion's Mane, Cordyceps and Chaga mushroom extract. It has just half the caffeine of a regular coffee, with added medicinal mushrooms to hep you stay naturally energised and alert.

Coco Dream is a blend of Organic raw Peruvian cacao with added Reishi mushroom extract. Reishi is a powerful adaptogenic ingreident which helps the body to manage stress and unwind - the perfect pairing for your relaxing mid-afternoon mocha!

Iced Mocha

  • 200ml oat milk
  • 200ml cold brew Shroom Coffee
  • 2 tablespoons Coco Dream
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey)

Optional Toppings

  • Whipped cream
  • Chocolate sauce


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blend and blender until smooth
  2. Serve over ice, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sauce if desired!
