If you're a Shroom Coffee fan but can't get your head around sipping on a hot coffee in the summer sun - then this is the recipe for you.
Once brewed, we add cold water to our Shroom Coffee before serving over ice with some cool and creamy plant-based milk.
The result is an iced latte that's perfect to keep you cool, hydrated and energised when the sun is shining.
SHROOM COFFEE ICED LATTE RECIPE
- 1 heaped teaspoon Shroom Coffee
- 200ml of your preferred milk
- Optional sweetener - honey or agave
- Splash of hot water
- Ice cubes
- Add your Shroom Coffee and sweetener to a glass or cup.
- Pour a splash of hot water and mix well until dissolved.
- Add plenty of ice, to let the coffee cool slightly.
- Top with roughly 200ml of milk, stir & enjoy!
