Coco Dream Chocolate Mousse

Our Coco Dream 'Chocolate' Mousse is rich, silky and smooth. What's more, it couldn't be easier to make - simply add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz!  Enjoy this mousse in the evening for the calming, de-stressing effects of Reishi Mushroom to help nurture a sound sleep.


What are Medjool Dates and where can I get them? 🤔

Medjool dates are a variety of dates known for their natural sweetness. They're typically larger than other dates and have a caramel-like flavour that is great for adding natural sweetness to healthy recipes.

Dates are also a great source of  Iron and B-Vitamins, making them a great addition to plant-based diets as these nutrients are often hard to come by in vegan foods.

Just 1 Medjool date is enough to naturally sweeten your Coco Dream mousse and keep it free from added sugar and sweeteners 🙌

Why would I add avocado to my chocolate mousse?! 🥑

If your eyes stop and widen at the sight of avocado on the ingredients list then fear not! Just like Medjool dates are a good natural substitute for sugar, avocados are a great source of healthy fats, which add richness and a velvety texture to this mousse without the need for eggs or butter.

Avocados are a great source of vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and healthy fats - and your mousse won't taste like avocado, we promise!




  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 tsp Coco Dream
  • 1 Medjool date
  • 1/2 ripe avocado (trust us!)
  • 240ml plant-based milk
  • Handful of ice cubes



  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender and blitz until smooth, avoid over-blending to ensure a light and creamy mousse texture
  2. Optional: garnish with fresh berries, coconut cream and cacao nibs - enjoy!
