Quick & Healthy Chocolate Oats

Whip up a warming and satisfying bowl of chocolatey oats in just 5 minutes with real food ingredients, added superfoods and delicious tasty toppings. Our 'chocolate' oats are made using Coco Dream, a healthy alternative to cocoa powder which helps to support sleep and manage stress - as well as adding a rich dark chocolate flavour with warming cinnamon 🍫

Oats are a rich source of many healthful nutrients such as beta-glucans, fibre, iron, zinc, magnesium and B vitamins. They're also a good source of plant-based protein.

Porridge is ideal for breakfast - providing a slow release of energy to keep you fuelled throughout the morning.


What are the health benefits of Coco Dream? 😴

Coco Dream is our superfood-enhanced healthy cocoa powder. It's a blend of Raw Peruvian Cacao, Reishi Mushroom, Ashwagandha, Coconut Sugar and Cinnamon.

  • 1 heaped tbsp Coco Dream
  • 40g gluten-free oats
  • 180ml plant-based milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup


  • Sliced banana
  • Nut butter
  • Chopped nuts
  • Pumpkin seeds



  1. Add all of the ingredients for the oats, except from the Coco Dream, to a small saucepan and cook uncovered on a medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring regularly
  2. Once cooked, remove the oats from the heat and stir in the Coco Dream powder
  3. Spoon into a large bowl and add your chosen toppings - enjoy!


Tip: You can also transform this recipe into overnight oats by mixing all the  ingredients for the oats the evening before and storing in an airtight container overnight. You don't need to cook the oats, simply add your toppings in the morning and enjoy!
