Tiramisu is the ultimate Italian dessert and a favourite amongst coffee lovers.
But it is usually made with sponge fingers, eggs and mascarpone cheese - meaning it's off the menu for anyone who does not eat dairy, is gluten-free or vegan.
We've taken all the traditional textures and flavours of a tiramisu and recreated them using 100% natural, vegan and gluten-free ingredients.
Each delicious layer harnesses the signature coffee and cream flavours we know and love - minus the dairy and gluten.
Is it a Dessert? Is it a Breakfast?
You can make this vegan and gluten-free tiramisu just like overnight oats - allowing each layer to set in the fridge overnight so that it is ready to enjoy in the morning.
Unlike traditional tiramisu, we definitely think this recipe is healthy enough to enjoy for breakfast!
Our vegan tiramisu can also be enjoyed as a healthy dessert following a meal, or simply as a snack to get you over the mid afternoon slump.

TIRAMISU OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE WITH SHROOM COFFEE
Vegan, Healthy & Gluten Free
INGREDIENTS:
Vanilla layer
- 25g gluten-free oats
- 80ml oat or almond milk
- 3g chia seeds
- 5ml vanilla syrup
- 5ml maple syrup
Coffee layer
- 25g gluten-free oats
- 80ml oat or almond milk
- 3g Shroom Coffee
- 3g chia seeds
- 5ml vanilla syrup
- 5ml maple syrup
“Mascarpone” Layer
- 100g natural yogurt
- 5ml vanilla syrup
- 60g sliced banana
- Sprinkle cinnamon
METHOD:
- Mix all ingredients for vanilla layer and coffee layer in two separate bowls, then leave to set in the fridge overnight
- In the morning once each layer is set, transfer into a jar - starting with the vanilla layer, then the coffee layer before adding the sliced banana
- Finally, combine the yogurt and vanilla syrup in a bowl and add as a final "mascarpone" layer, finishing with a sprinkle of cinnamon!
