AUTUMN SPICED CHIA PUDDING
DAIRY-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE & HEALTHY
INGREDIENTS (serves 2):
Chia Mix
- 50g Chia Seeds
- 230ml Oat Milk
- 2x tsp Maple Syrup
Berry Mix
- 2x tsp Berry Beauty ✨️
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 65g Raspberries
- 65g Strawberries
- 1x tsp Maple Syrup
Topping Mix
- 200g Coconut Yoghurt
- 65g Strawberries
- 65g Raspberries
- 2tbsp Chopped Walnuts
METHOD:
- Add the Chia seeds, Oat Milk and Maple Syrup into a bowl, mix and set aside.
- Add the Raspberries and Strawberries to a 2nd bowl and mash together.
- Add the Berry Beauty, Cinnamon and Maple Syrup to your mashed fruit, mix and again set aside.
- Grab your pudding pot and begin layering the ingredients, starting with the berry mix.
- Finish with a layer of yoghurt, followed by the fresh fruit and nuts to decorate.
