Healthy Chocolate Chia Pudding Recipe
Chia seeds are the perfect base for making your own healthy dessert. Not only are they incredibly nutritious, but they also soak up any flavours they're mixed with for a great taste and texture.
As a nutritional powerhouse, a little chia seed goes a long way and can boost your intake of fibre, protein, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and even plant-based Omega-3.
You can add a handful of chia seeds to shakes, smoothies, oats and yoghurts or leave them to soak in plant-based milk to create a lovely pudding consistency.

This recipe uses honey to bring some natural sweetness to the chia pudding. If you have a plant-based diet you can easily swap this out for maple syrup or your chosen sweetener.

CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING RECIPE
HEALTHY, GLUTEN-FREE & DAIRY-FREE
- 250ml oat milk
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons Coco Dream
- Sliced strawberries to decorate
- Place all the ingredients into a high speed blender and blend until smooth
- Pour into a glass or jar and leave to set in the fridge for 2 hours
- Add some sliced strawberries if desired, before enjoying your chocolate chia pudding!
