Coco Dream Peanut Butter Porridge

Gluten Free and Vegan friendly chocolate & peanut inspired oats with added Coco Dream for a superfood boost.

Chocolate and peanut butter is the ultimate flavour combination when you want a tasty and energising treat. But did you know that you don't have to get your fix with an unhealthy and sugar packed chocolate bar?

In this recipe we have used our Coco Dream superfood blend with Raw Cacao together with peanut butter to create a satisfying bowl of goodness that is as good for you as it tastes.

Coco Dream: The Chill Blend

Coco Dream is our healthy hot chocolate alternative. Made with Raw Peruvian Cacao, Reishi Mushroom and Ashwagandha - Coco Dream contains natural adaptogens which will help you to relax and unwind.

We also add Ceylon cinnamon and a little coconut sugar, for a great taste that is free from sweeteners and artificial ingredients.

As well as in healthy recipes like this one, you can also enjoy Coco Dream simply with hot water and a dash of plant-based milk, if that's your thing!

Here's the recipe.





  • 40g gluten-free oats
  • 1 tablespoon Coco Dream
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or natural sweetener)
  • 150ml oat milk
  • 150ml water


  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 3 squares dark chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons peanuts


  1. Place the oats, Coco Dream, milk, water and sweetener into a saucepan
  2. Cook on low to medium heat until creamy and gooey
  3. Top with peanut butter, a drizzle of melted dark chocolate and extra peanuts if desired

You can top your oats with melted dark chocolate and crushed peanuts for an extra boost of chocolatey flavour and healthy fats. Enjoy after a workout to refuel and recover, or before bed for a great night's sleep.
