Magic Matcha Iced Latte

An ice cold Matcha Latte is the perfect refreshing drink to enjoy on a hot summer's day. It's also a great way to increase your focus and concentration after lunch and power through your busy afternoon! Treat yourself to a perfectly brewed iced latte with the added bonus of one of nature's most healthful superfoods 🌿


What is an iced latte? ❄️

Latte (or caffe latte) is a long drink usually made with espresso coffee and steamed milk. A best seller in coffee-houses, there are many popular variations of latte these days - with a summer favourite being the iced latte.

For this recipe we have replaced espresso coffee with our Magic Matcha, a ceremonial grade Japanese Matcha Green Tea powder enhanced with Lion's Mane mushroom, Ashwagandha and Ginger.

It's a great twist on a regular iced latte for anyone who likes to limit their coffee, loves matcha or just fancies a change!


What is Matcha? 🌿

Matcha is a variety of green tea which has to be grown in Japan to qualify as the real deal, sort of like the Champagne of the green tea world!

Unlike green tea leaves which are encased in tea bags and steeped in hot water, Matcha green tea is a powder and so can be dissolved in water, allowing you to reap all of its benefits.

🍵 5 Benefits of Matcha Green Tea





  • 1 level tsp Magic Matcha
  • 200ml your preferred milk 
  • Splash of hot water 
  • Optional sweetener - 1 tsp honey or agave 
  • Ice cubes



  1. Add your Magic Matcha and preferred sweetener to a glass or matcha bowl.
  2. Pour a splash of hot water and mix well until dissolved & frothy. For best results, use an electric milk whisk or matcha whisk.
  3. Add plenty of ice to your brewed matcha to let it cool slightly.
  4. Pour in your milk, stir & enjoy!
