What is an iced latte? ❄️
Latte (or caffe latte) is a long drink usually made with espresso coffee and steamed milk. A best seller in coffee-houses, there are many popular variations of latte these days - with a summer favourite being the iced latte.
For this recipe we have replaced espresso coffee with our Magic Matcha, a ceremonial grade Japanese Matcha Green Tea powder enhanced with Lion's Mane mushroom, Ashwagandha and Ginger.
It's a great twist on a regular iced latte for anyone who likes to limit their coffee, loves matcha or just fancies a change!

Matcha is a variety of green tea which has to be grown in Japan to qualify as the real deal, sort of like the Champagne of the green tea world!
Unlike green tea leaves which are encased in tea bags and steeped in hot water, Matcha green tea is a powder and so can be dissolved in water, allowing you to reap all of its benefits.

MAGIC MATCHA ICED GREEN TEA LATTE RECIPE
- 1 tsp Magic Matcha
- 200ml plant-based milk
- In a small bowl, mix 1 tsp Magic Matcha with a small amount of hot water until combined
- Top up with a further 200ml hot water and mix again
- Add the plant-based milk to a glass with ice and pour over the Matcha brew
- Plunge in a metal straw and enjoy your Magic Matcha Iced Latte!
