BALANCE TONIC OVERNIGHT OATS RECIPE
HEALTHY & GLUTEN-FREE
- 45g gluten-free oats
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon Balance Tonic
- 125ml oat/nut milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons yoghurt
- Place all of the ingredients into a glass or jar, combine well and leave to set in the fridge overnight - or for at least 3 hours
- When you're ready to enjoy, top with yogurt and your favourite fruits
