  • 45g gluten-free oats
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Balance Tonic
  • 125ml oat/nut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons yoghurt

Optional Toppings

  • Yoghurt
  • Figs
  • Berries


  1. Place all of the ingredients into a glass or jar, combine well and leave to set in the fridge overnight - or for at least 3 hours
  2. When you're ready to enjoy, top with yogurt and your favourite fruits
