How much liquid should I mix Balance Tonic with? 💦
The amount of liquid to mix Balance Tonic with is really a matter of personal preference.
If you prefer a stronger flavour then you can use less liquid, or if you like a longer drink then it is fine to use more - it won't effect the nutritional content or benefits at all.
This recipe recommends 250-350ml still or sparkling water, which is around the standard amount for one glass. As long as you enjoy one teaspoon (5g) of Balance Tonic daily, the amount of liquid does not matter so much.

SIMPLE BALANCE TONIC DRINK RECIPE
HEALTHY, VEGAN & GLUTEN-FREE
- 1 heaped teaspoon Balance Tonic
- Juice of a fresh lemon
- Optional sweetener - honey or agave
- 250-350ml still or sparkling water
- Add the Balance Tonic powder to a glass, followed by your still or sparkling water.
- Squeeze in your fresh lemon, an optional sweetener and mix well before sipping away!
