VEGAN, DAIRY-FREE & HEALTHY
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 heaped tsp Balance Tonic
- 1/2 a frozen banana
- 2 handfuls of frozen pineapple
- Handful of blueberries
- 200ml of your preferred milk
- 100ml water
- Ice cubes
