When making a good smoothie the possibilities are endless - but your smoothie should always be just as delicious as it is nutritious.

One way to make sure of that is to use frozen fruit, plant-based milk and a scoop of added superfoods.

This recipe uses frozen banana and pineapple which are packed with natural sweetness and also create a cool and refreshing smoothie. We add a handful of fresh blueberries, one of the best antioxidants found in nature, and a splash of plant-based milk for creaminess.

All that's left to do is throw in a scoop of your favourite superfood blend for some next level nutrition that your body will love.
