Here's the recipe.

YOGHURT BARK RECIPE WITH BALANCE TONIC

SUGAR-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE & VEGAN

INGREDIENTS:


White Layer

  • 250g yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)


Pink Layer

  • 125g yoghurt
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 teaspoon Balance Tonic


Toppings

  • Berries & seeds

 

METHOD:

  1. In two bowls, combine the ingredients for each layer separately
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the white layer evenly onto the tray until fully covered, then place in the freezer
  3. After one hour, remove the tray from the freezer and spread the pink layer evenly over white yoghurt layer
  4. Top with berries and seeds and place back into the freezer
  5. Freeze overnight before slicing into squares - then enjoy!
