Who doesn't love a cupcake? We've taken everything you love about cupcakes and removed the not-so-healthy extras to create a recipe that's full of natural goodness.
With a crunchy granola base and thick & creamy topping, these tasty treats are the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. Naturally sweetened with honey - or maple syrup if you prefer - we don't use any sugar or sweeteners in this recipe.
Your yoghurt granola cupcakes can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days once made. However, we've yet to hit that milestone without eating them all first!

YOGHURT & GRANOLA CUPCAKE RECIPE
HEALTHY, DAIRY-FREE & GLUTEN-FREE
INGREDIENTS:
Granola base
- 100g granola
- 1 heaped tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
Yogurt layer
- 350g natural thick yogurt
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup (or honey)
- 1 tablespoon Balance Tonic
Toppings
- Berries
METHOD:
- In a bowl combine the granola, peanut butter and honey until you get a sticky dough mixture
- Layer a muffin tin with paper muffin cups and fill each one with around one tablespoon of the granola mixture, pressing down to even out
- In another bowl mix the yogurt, Balance Tonic powder and honey until well combined
- Spread the yoghurt layer on top of the granola base and top with berries if desired - then enjoy!
